A lot of patience
2 oz Plymouth gin
1 oz fresh lemon juice
½ oz fresh lime juice
1 teaspoon vanilla essence
3 dashes orange flower water
1 ½ oz heavy cream
1 tablespoon of Swerve or sugar
4 oz chilled club soda

Method: Shake all but the club soda for 3 minutes, strain and serve in a highball glass, top with soda and stir gently.

½ oz Crème de Fruits de la Passion liqueur
½ freshly squeezed lime juice
2 passion fruit (yes fruit, it’s an uncountable noun 😊) pureed
1 teaspoon vanilla powder, some for rimming
2 oz chilled Prosecco or Cava of your choice

Method: Shake all but Prosecco/Cava, strain and serve straight up. Top with the bubbles.

1 oz Appleton Estate Rare Blend 8 year rum
1 oz El Dorado 8 year
¾ oz freshly squeezed lime juice

½ oz honey syrup (simmer 100 oz honey with 50 oz water until it dissolves, let it chill)

Method: Build in a glass. Fill with ice, add all ingredients, stir. Top with more ice.

Method: Combine in a tall wine class. Taste, adjust proportions to your liking. Add ice and stir.

¾ oz Benedictine

1 oz fresh orange juice

An orange slice
A maraschino cherry

Method: Shake all the ingredients (not an orange slice or maraschino cherry, obviously) with ice. Strain into an ice-filled highballl glass. Add soda and stir.
