Method: Build in a glass. Add sugar, Angostura bitters, the lemon zest, orange slice and maraschino cherry. Muddle. Add bourbon, stir.
Perfect Manhattan
You will need:
2 ½ oz Knob Creek Smoked Maple bourbon
½ oz Noilly Prat Original Dry vermouth
½ oz Martini Rosso vermouth
½ oz Carpano Antica vermouth
3 dashes Angostura bitters
Method: Shake over over ice, strain and serve straight up.
Porn Star Martini
You will need:
1 ½ oz Absolut Vanilla vodka
½ oz Crème de Fruits de la Passion liqueur
½ freshly squeezed lime juice
2 passion fruit (yes fruit, it’s an uncountable noun 😊) pureed
1 teaspoon vanilla powder, some for rimming
2 oz chilled Prosecco or Cava of your choice
Method: Shake all but Prosecco/Cava, strain and serve straight up. Top with the bubbles.
Mango Margarita
You will need:
1 ½ to 2 oz Casamigos Blanco tequila
1 oz Cointreau liqueur
2 freshly squeezed lime juice
1 mango, in chunks (use a half)
Method: Blend it all in a blender and shake with ice, strain, serve straight up

You will need:
1 ½ oz Ketel One Citron vodka
½ to ¾ Lazzaroni Limoncello liqueur

You will need:
1 oz Gosling Black Seal rum
1 oz Appleton Estate Rare Blend 8 year rum
1 oz El Dorado 8 year

½ oz honey syrup (simmer 100 oz honey with 50 oz water until it dissolves, let it chill)
Method: Build in a glass. Fill with ice, add all ingredients, stir. Top with more ice.

4 limes (cut in eights)
1 oz freshly squeeze lime juice
2 teaspoons Swerve or sugar

3 parts sparkling rosè
A dash of Peychaud’s bitters

You will need:

¾ oz Luxardo Maraschino cherry brandy
¾ oz Benedictine

2 oz chilled club soda
An orange slice
A maraschino cherry
Method: Shake all the ingredients (not an orange slice or maraschino cherry, obviously) with ice. Strain into an ice-filled highballl glass. Add soda and stir.
San Francisco-strong Cocktail

2 oz Hayman’s Sloe gin
1 oz sweet vermouth
1 oz dry vermouth
1 dash of Peychaud’s bitters
